Medical Sales Representatives at Pharma Ethics

Job Summary

  • A Medical Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling medical and healthcare products and services to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.
  • They must have a deep understanding of the medical industry and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of their products and services to potential customers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Effective detailing of medical products to healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
  • Identify potential customers and develop a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, such as doctors, hospital administrators and pharmacies.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and maintain a customer database, including contact information, preferences, and ensure it updated on the software.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities, such as hospitals and pharmacies.
  • Develop and implement a monthly tour plan.
  • Ensure daily / monthly call target are achieved

Qualifications and Skills

  • B.Sc Degree in Biochemistry, Chemistry or any related Science course.
  • 2 years of experience and working in the same industry would be a plus.
  • Must not be more than 27 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare industry trends.
