Naira Marley gets 2 million Naira bail

News reaching us is that Afeez Fashola popularly known as Naria Marley has been granted a 2 million bail as this takes effect upon the satisfaction of two conditions.

Ten days ago, the singer appeared before the Federal High Court, Ikoyi for alleged internet fraud where he pled not guilty to charges against him. At the conclusion of his plea, the singer’s bail hearing was scheduled for, May 30, 2019.

Putting on a dark blue shirt and black jeans, the singer appeared before the Court. The motion for his bail was presented and the court granted him the bail on the conditions of; a Two Million Naira (2,000,000) bond, and two sureties, one with a landed property and the other, a Civil Servant, not lower than a level officer.

Naira Marley was arrested alongside Zlatan Ibile and three others on May 10, 2019 by the EFCC. The EFCC filed an 11-count fraud-related charge against Naira Marley.
