The management of Naira Marley has come out to straight the rumours about why Naira Marley is still in custody despite court granting him bail.
The news flying around that the reason why the singer is still in prison is that they have not been able to find a government level 10 officer who has landed properties in Lagos.
The management said the true reason why the singer is still in custody is not that they haven’t found any level 10 officer to stand as surety, they, in fact, said the surety and every other requirement have been available since the day he was granted bail.
They said the only reason he is still in custody is that the EFCC and the court have not signed some papers to make the bail process fall through.
