National Sales Manager at Simba Group

Salary Range: ₦500,000 – ₦750,000/month

2W & 3W Spareparts

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Profit Center Head
  • Identify, develop and implement sales strategies to achieve desired monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Responsible for Channel Management; Retain existing dealers and add new spare parts retailers to increase genuine spare parts penetration
  • Consistently achieve sales targets
  • Increase distribution network
  • Ensure efficient parts allocation
  • Coordinating Dispatches with Stores Team
  • Effectively ensure the fulfilling Branch requirements
  • Lead demand generation activities (Below the line)
  • Ensure training and development of the sales team
  • Carry out regular market intelligence activities
  • Build and maintain relationship with all Stakeholders within the industry

Educational Qualification

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years work experience in sales role in an automotive company
  • Spare parts sales experience is highly required

Skills Requirement

  • Indebt knowledge of 2w & 3w spare parts business
  • Functioning of Internal Combustion Engine (ICE)
  • Ability to penetrate new markets
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Tools
  • Excellent Sales and Marketing Techniques
  • Leadership skills
  • Target driven approach
  • Team player
