- As a Networking / Cybersecurity NYSC Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of networking and cybersecurity.
- Under the guidance of our experienced professionals, you will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure and security protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of network solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to monitor and analyze security alerts, incidents, and vulnerabilities.
- Support in the deployment and maintenance of security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
- Conduct routine security assessments and assist in the development of security policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in networking and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
- Strong interest in and basic understanding of networking and cybersecurity concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
