Nipsey Hussle to be honoured at the Grammy Awards

late American rapper, Nipsey Hussle will be honoured and remember at the 62nd annual Grammy Awards which is set to hold in February.

The Recording Academy will be honouring the rapper with a star-studded tribute featuring John Legend, Kirk Franklin, DJ Khaled, Meek Mill, Roddy Ricch, and YG.

Nipsey Hussle was shot to death outside of his Marathon Clothing store in South Los Angeles last year. He was only 33 when he died.

Grammy Awards executive produce Ken Ehrlich said in a statement “There is no denying the influence he had and his legacy will be felt for generations to come. We are honoured to bring together this amazing group of artists to celebrate Nipsey’s life and pay tribute to his many contributions to music. It’s sure to be a memorable performance.”
