Obasa reelected as Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly

Mudashiru Obasa, the member representing the Agege 1 constituency of Lagos State, has been reelected as the Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly for the third consecutive term.

The announcement was made shortly after the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, proclaimed the Assembly on Tuesday morning.

Obasa’s reelection took place following his nomination by Temitope Adewale, who represents Ifako-Ijaiye 1 state constituency.
