- The Operations Finance Business Partner will be responsible for managing the monthly accounting close for assigned plants, ensuring accurate cost calculations, stock monitoring, and investment tracking. The role involves budgeting, quarterly reviews, and cost deviation analysis to support timely financial reporting and decision-making, while ensuring high-quality financial data and providing key insights into operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the annual Budget and periodically revisions of the Operations area (Purchasing, Industrial and Logistic).
- Calculation and monthly follow up of industrial deviations.
- Control and analyze the expenses, structure costs of factories and other variables to evaluate the causes of deviations and their reasoning.
- Control and analyze the logistic cost of the Business Unit to underline the deviations and their explanations.
- Coordinate information of purchasing prices (raw materials, third parties)
- Coordinate the costs estimation for new launches.
- Implement processes and follow up on uniform and effective control.
- Monthly Closing and reporting of the factories/BU assigned
- Follow up of current costing and factory overheads

Requirements:
Technical & Behavorial Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CA, CMA) preferred.
- 5-7 years of finance experience, focusing on operations finance or cost control, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Expertise in budgeting, cost analysis, industrial deviations and financial forecasting for operations, purchasing, and logistics.
- Proficiency with financial reporting tools and ERP
- Possess strong knowledge of assessing complex financial data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to clearly communicate financial insights and issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to adjust to changes in business needs, processes, and technology.
- Able to identify financial discrepancies, propose solutions, and manage cost-related challenges effectively.
- Experience in tracking and reporting on capital expenditures.
- Proficient in monthly close processes, financial statements, and budget preparation.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of budgeting processes, variance analysis, and the preparation of financial forecasts.
