Operations Manager at Institute of Credit Administration

Salary Range: ₦200,000 – ₦300,000/month

Qualification:

  • BSc/Masters in marketing or in any other related field.
  • Must have worked in a similar managerial position for a period not less than 3 years.

Performance Qualities and Experience Requirement:

  • proven experience working with top Business executives and Managers.
  • a great manager of relationships with subordinate
  • Not less than 8yrs experience working as a marketing executive/associate\\manager (business development or marketing).

Job Description:

  • Reviewing and evaluating services provided to members and clients, ensuring their competitiveness, and making necessary changes to meet future demands.
  • Seeking new business opportunities and arranging meetings to attract donations to the Institute.
  • Delivering excellent membership services by monitoring feedback and suggestions, improving operations and offerings.
  • Analyzing membership data to support recruitment/retention efforts and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Providing accurate management information and statistics to senior management and the Institute’s Governing Council.
  • Designing, presenting, and maintaining the membership growth plan and development strategy.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to create relevant content for the website, social media, marketing campaigns, and external communications.
  • Collecting case studies for marketing purposes.
  • Expanding and managing membership growth incentives, training activities, advertisement placement strategies, and events organization.
  • Researching and identifying new membership opportunities.
  • Setting goals for the development team and ensuring their achievement.
  • Building productive relationships with members, focusing on communication, and delivering value-added services.
  • Communicating new products and overseeing marketing strategy and service delivery.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management or the CEO.

Age requirements: Strictly 30 years and above.

Skills Require:

  • Must be super versatile in information technology and the use of all social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end and back-end software development would be an added advantage.

Remuneration package:

  • Subject to negotiation, not exceeding N300,000.00 gross.

Geographical location:

Applicants must reside within Ajah, Badore, Ado Road, Ogombo Town, Lekki, Lagos Island, and Victoria Island.

Must be willing to resume immediately.
