Responsibilities
- Vehicle Maintenance and drastic reduction of vehicles downtime
- Scheduled utilization report and fleet software management
- Vehicle insurance and documentation
- Management of fleet contracts nationwide
- Prepare annual performance review and reevaluate processes
- Ensure regulatory, compliance, and legal rules are followed
- Manage budget to align with the goals of the business
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- People Management Skill
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfortable working with multiple groups within business units
