- Salary Range₦100,000 – ₦150,000/month
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Fulfilment Manager and other stakeholders to develop and implement the operational plan for unit.
- Search for and follow up with corporate organizations where medical outreaches can be conducted.
- Identify areas for process improvement within operations, such as order processing, inventory management, and distribution.
- Analyse existing workflows, propose changes, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage relationships with pharmacies and other vendors. Ensure timely and reliable procurement, delivery, and quality of medicines and related products.
- Create market access, new territories and business partnerships
- Analyze customer buying data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
- Maintain relationships and partnerships with organizations.
- Actively recruit new and potential clients that can be served.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
