Osinbajo presides over FEC meeting at Villa

Vice President Yemi Osinbajo is presiding over the Federal Executive Council meeting at the Council Chambers of the State House, Abuja.

This is as President Muhammadu Buhari, is away on a three-day state visit to Madrid, the Spanish capital.

In attendance are the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, Chief of Staff to the President, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, and other ministers.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama; Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Abubakar Malami, SAN; Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment, Adeniyi Adebayo; Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed; Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola; Minister of Youth and Sports Development, Sunday Dare; and the Minister of State for Health, Olorunnimbe Mamora and the National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (retd.), are not in the meeting as they are part of the President’s delegation to Spain.
