- Menu design and adherence to budgeted cost of sales.
- Ability to prepare and display approved menu (with emphasis on quality, taste & variety) to meet customer satisfaction.
- Efficient product Mix with at least 10 low-cost products below 35 %
- 100% PPE compliance
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an FSLC, SSCE / GCE / NECO, OND, or HND with 3 – 5 years work experience.
- Preferably Male.
- Proximity to Island is Key.
