Job Description
- As a Pastry Chef, you are responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen. Pastry Chef will also be required to plan production and develop seasonal offerings.
- Ensure 100% support to achieve 40m Monthly sales for your outlet
- Achieve 40% Monthly Cost of sales for your outlet
- Menu design and adherence to budgeted cost of sales
- Ability to prepare and display approved menu (with emphasis on quality, taste & variety) to meet customer satisfaction.
- Efficient product Mix with at least 10 low cost product below 35%.
