Job Description

  • Parol assigned areas on foot, car or motorbike, while on the lookout for suspicious or illegal activities.
  • Perform on-the-scene investigations for incidences involving the company’s vehicles.
  • Assist drivers in difficult situations or trouble and escalate where necessary.
  • Detain drivers involved in misdemeanors and hand them over to appropriate authorities as directed.
  • Search and inspect trucks of drivers while in transit to identify traces of any illegal activity and escalate where appropriate.
  • Immediate response to reports of emergencies and offering the necessary assistance.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with community members for the benefit of the organization.
  • Negotiate the release of trucks held by the police, armed forces, and ticket or emblem authorities.
  • Gather all relevant data and record facts to prepare reports that document incidents and activities for adequate sanction of errant drivers or use in legal submissions including pictures, videos, etc at every incidence scene.
  • Prepare and submit relevant reports and provide testimonies in court where necessary.
  • Identify drivers with parking or traffic violations, caution and report them to the appropriate quarters.
  • Investigate incidents, collect evidences, interview witnesses and suspects and document findings in a report.
  • Attend to dispute calls, address emergency situations and contact local police stations when needed.
  • Support police operations when required.
  • Maintain patrol vehicles in good and safe conditions.
  • Monitor, note, report, and investigate suspicious persons and situations, safety hazards, and unusual or illegal activity in the patrol area.
  • Monitor road and traffic situations and notify the operations team of any roadblocks, grids and other variables which may hinder TAT.
  • Participate in drivers’ verification and submit clear and concise reports.
  • Act as official escorts to drivers or other employees as required.
  • Ensure appropriate road safety rules and standards are observed in the discharge of responsibilities.
  • Any other tasks as assigned
