- This role is responsible for providing high-quality nail care services to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction.

Reports to: Wellness Center Supervisor.
Summary of Responsibilities
- Provide a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art.
- Assess the condition of clients’ nails and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Sterilize and sanitize all tools and equipment regularly.
- Educate clients on nail care and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
- Keep abreast of current nail care trends and techniques.
- Uphold a high level of client service and professionalism.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with other wellness center staff to provide integrated wellness services.
- Ensure client comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
Other duties as assigned.
Key Result Areas/ Performance Goals:
- Maintain a CSAT score of at least 95%
Job Qualifications
- University Degree or Higher Diploma in Social sciences and Humanities
- A minimum of 2-year post NYSC experience
- Proven experience as a pedicurist, preferably in a wellness center or spa. Knowledge of nail care techniques and products.
