- Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a background in HR to provide high-level support to the CEO.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
- Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executive leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant
- Background in Human Resources with a good understanding of HR processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
- Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
