Job Overview

  • Our client is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant with a background in HR to provide high-level support to the CEO.
  • This dynamic role requires a person with exceptional leadership skills, professional and organizational skills, and a good understanding of HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executive leadership.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess Bachelor’s Degrees
  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Personal Assistant
  • Background in Human Resources with a good understanding of HR processes.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
  • Proficiency in office software and calendar management tools.
