Job Summary
- An Executive Director in the automobile, real estate and hospitality industry is in urgent need of a Personal Assistant who will be responsible for managing his daily schedule in addition to coordinating aspects of his professional life.
Job Duties
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence.
- Organizing and attending meetings and documenting meetings minutes.
- Coordinating the ED’s calendar and maintaining weekly appointment schedules.
- Planning events and making travel arrangements.
- Acting as proxy when required.
- Performing transactional banking activities.
- Reminding the ED of important tasks and deadlines.
- Performing or coordinating personal tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years work experience as a PA.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Resides within Lagos Mainland.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail.
- Problem solver.
- Age bracket (30-40 years) and preferably female.
- Ability to learn things fast.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Knowledge of executive calendar management.
- Professionalism.
