- Are you a highly organized and professional individual looking for an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Managing Director of a prestigious college? We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Persona Assistant.
RESPNSIBILITIES:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Managing Director.
- Manage and Maintain his busy schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and college managers and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Perform general office duties, such as answering calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.
REQUIREMENT:
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Proven experience as a Persona Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- In-depth knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Preferably male for gender balance.
