Personal Assistant at Tenstrings Music Institute

  • Are you a highly organized and professional individual looking for an exciting opportunity to work closely with the CEO and Managing Director of a prestigious college? We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Persona Assistant.

RESPNSIBILITIES:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and Managing Director.
  • Manage and Maintain his busy schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct research and compile data for various projects and initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and college managers and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies.

REQUIREMENT:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
  • Proven experience as a Persona Assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • In-depth knowledge of Lagos roads and routes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably male for gender balance.
