Job Summary:
- The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director will provide administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- They will manage the Managing Director’s schedule, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and handle confidential and sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and other departments, ensuring that communication is clear, timely, and accurate.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations as requested.
- Manage and prioritize the Managing Director’s incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and manage special projects and events as assigned by the Managing Director.
- Attend meetings with the Managing Director and take minutes as required.
- Conduct research and gather information as directed by the Managing Director.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing DirectorCapabilities & Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical and management skills.
- Good Presentation & Communication skills
Qualifications & Experience.
- Bachelor’s degree/HND
- Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience
