Responsibilities
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for Management’s use
- Manage policies around quality control functions, the receipt of items and ensure that products are long dated, arrive in good condition, are stored well and are of safe pharmaceutical nature
- Conduct training programs on pharmaceutical products, training other staff within the organization about drug handling, safety, quality assurance and processes that may better the pharmaceutical functions of the organization.
- Liaise with the sales team in managing relationship and communication to key clients on behalf of the organization in order to promote customer loyalty and organizational growth.
- Maintain records of all controlled drugs sold on the premises
- Manage policies, guidelines and regulations about the labelling and proper storage of pharmaceutical products
- Conduct and participate in market research for new product additions to warehouse inventory
- Participate in any other technical, management or business function as required within the team to ensure the success of the organization.
- Conduct periodic inventory spot check
- Any other duties as may be assigned by management from time to time
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) from an accredited institution.
- Valid pharmacist license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmacy, hospital setting or pharmaceutical company.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, Sales, inventory management, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
