Job Description
- You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pharmacy, ensuring exceptional pharmaceutical care to our clients.
- Your leadership will guide the pharmacy team to meet targets, ensure efficiency, compliance with regulations, and high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications and managing inventory.
- Ensure compliance with Pharmaceutical standards.
- Provide expert consultation on drug therapies and interact with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
- Medical consultation
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Conduct Quarterly outreach within the neighborhood
- Give weekly,monthly and quarterly report on behalf of your branch
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to promote the safe and effective use of medication.
- Manage the budget and resources of the pharmacy, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), Bsc. Pharmacy or equivalent degree.
- 2-4years experience in a relevant position
- Leadership skills
- Attentive to details and highly organized
