  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmacist Trainer and Brand Manager to join our dynamic team.
  • This role combines pharmaceutical expertise with training and brand management skills to ensure that our products are effectively marketed and understood by both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pharmacy, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to develop and implement training programs and brand strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs for internal sales teams, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals to enhance their product knowledge and communication skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical industry trends, research, and product updates to ensure training materials are accurate and current.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand management strategies to drive brand awareness, loyalty, and market share.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s pharmaceutical products and their therapeutic applications.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to internal teams, healthcare professionals,
  • Ensure that all training materials and brand-related activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Stay informed about changes in pharmaceutical regulations and update training materials and brand strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical training and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a strong business acumen.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
