Pharmacovigilance Manager at Drugstoc eHub Limited

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacovigilance Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficacy of our pharmaceutical products by monitoring and evaluating adverse drug reactions and implementing risk management strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, maintain, and manage the Pharmacovigilance (PV) of Drugstoc E-hub Limited and its subsidiaries.
  • Have an overview of the safety profiles of any emerging safety concerns for the medicinal products for which Drugstoc E-hub Limited has received marketing authorization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines related to pharmacovigilance, including NAFDAC regulations and all other regulations as may be designed by Drugstoc E-hub Limited.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and timely submissions.
  • Prepare Drugstoc E-hub Limited for Pharmacovigilance audit by regulatory authorities.
  • Stay current on pharmacovigilance regulations, guidelines, and best practices, and apply knowledge to enhance pharmacovigilance activities within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or drug safety within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacovigilance principles, regulations, and guidelines,
  • Experience with adverse event management processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to critically evaluate safety data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
  • Certification in pharmacovigilance preferred
