The Chairman of Ojodu LCDA, Hon Segun Odunmbaku yesterday hosted Lagos State House Of Assembly Health Committee Members who were on an official visit as part of their oversight functions.
Hon Segun Odunmbaku while welcoming the contingent and leading them on a tour of primary health centres across Ojodu LCDA said his administration prioritizes healthcare as a cardinal policy of its government.
“It’s our policy to have a functional primary health centre in all six wards of Ojodu LCDA to provide and enhance quality healthcare for our people in line with our H.E.Y.S Agenda while collaborating with Lagos State Government and development partners.” He said.
The committee members praised the quality edifices and facilities inspected. They advised health personnel to intensify community advocacy and engagement while promising to recommend for more manpower, equipment, and supplies from the State Government.
In the contingent are Hon. Noheem Adams, Hon. Femi Saheed, Hon. Makinde Rasheed and Hon. Jude Idimogwu with Ojodu LCDA Supervisor For Health, Hon Seye Oyekan and MOH, Dr. Anne Okon.
