Job Brief
- We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. As a physiotherapist, Your primary goal will be to help patients restore function, alleviate pain, and improve their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical history, and specific conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals in collaboration with patients.
- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and other evidence-based interventions to deliver effective treatment.
- Provide hands-on therapy, including joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic exercises.
- Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote self-management and long-term recovery.
- Monitor patients’ progress, reassess treatment plans as necessary, and make appropriate modifications to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring a safe and professional environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution with 0-3 years experience.
- Proven experience working as a physiotherapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
- Proficient in conducting physical assessments, formulating treatment plans, and implementing appropriate interventions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
- Ability to prioritize and manage caseload effectively, while maintaining attention to detail and providing quality care.
