Physiotherapist at Pharma Ethics

Job Brief

  • We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to join our team. As a physiotherapist, Your primary goal will be to help patients restore function, alleviate pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients’ physical abilities, medical history, and specific conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and set measurable goals in collaboration with patients.
  • Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, electrotherapy, and other evidence-based interventions to deliver effective treatment.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including joint mobilization, soft tissue mobilization, and therapeutic exercises.
  • Educate patients about their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote self-management and long-term recovery.
  • Monitor patients’ progress, reassess treatment plans as necessary, and make appropriate modifications to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment records.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, occupational therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring a safe and professional environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution with 0-3 years experience.
  • Proven experience working as a physiotherapist.
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions.
  • Proficient in conducting physical assessments, formulating treatment plans, and implementing appropriate interventions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and a multidisciplinary team.
  • Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage caseload effectively, while maintaining attention to detail and providing quality care.
