Job Descriptions
- Coordinate daily engineering activities including task assignments, resource allocation & scheduling.
- Generate and maintain maintenance reports, documenting work performed, issues encountered, and resolutions achieved.
- Communicate maintenance updates, progress reports, and service schedules to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee the timesheets data entry for the field engineers, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain an issues log to track and document project – related issues, including their status, priority and resolution.
- Coordinate the planning and execution of maintenance activities and projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering, warehouse, sales and account team to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in any discipline
- 1 – 2 years working experience
- Good in technical matters
- A process/system driven person
- Eloquent Speaker with good writing skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft office usage.
- Must be a person of integrity, be assertive and a proactive self-starter
- Candidates must possess all other relevant qualifications
