  • Proven work experience as a Processing Manager or a similarly related role
  • Previous experience in project management is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communicator with good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • Certification in process improvement methodologies is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and process mapping software
