Job Description
- Understand hygiene according to Standard Operating Procedure
- Handle water treatment plant (Backwash, chlorine, soda ash, etc.)
- Ensures proper and effective cleaning of production lines (Preproduction and Post production)
- Accurately weigh the ingredients used for production and ensure proper appropriate portion is used.
- Properly mix ingredients used for production.
- Adhere to the quality control process of the company.
- Ensure safety of product and personnel.
- Prevent wastage
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND/B.Sc/B.Eng with 3-7 years’ experience in FMCG preferably in Food and Beverages.
- Advanced knowledge of Juice processing and quality control is essential.
- Relevant professional qualification or certification is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and people management skills
Additional information
Candidate should
- Have good understanding of hygiene.
- Understand manufacturing practice.
- Reside in Lagos Mainland and proximity to Mile 2 is a plus.
