Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager.
- The Product Manager will plan and execute product development and delivery, gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to create and deliver outstanding products.
- The Product Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and market demand.
Qualifications
- The candidate must be able to perform product demos to customers and develop business relationships with key clients
- The candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements from clients and be able to present the requirements in a standard format for developers
- The candidate must have a strong background in financial systems as the candidate will be focusing more on financial solutions.
- The candidate must be able work closely with the development team and quality assurance team to ensure the right customer problem is solved
- The candidate is required to have the capability to present prototypes of the solution and collaborate closely with the departmental head to formulate the product vision and roadmap.
- The candidate must be able to take the product live and provide adequate training for users of the product
- The candidate must be able to set up support for products that are live in conjunction with the helpdesk team.
- Must develop personas either alone or in conjunction with a team including user experience experts.
- The candidates must be good at Developing product pricing and positioning strategies
- Advocates on behalf of the customer for the development team.
