Job description:
- Design and Optimize new service process
- Provide remote and on-site support to new service training
- Monitor and control site / region performance for New service and product
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform future product development and optimization.
- Monitor the project and keep stakeholders updated on progress and escalate any risks to delivery.
- Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and road map development, and product launch
- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.
Skills and Qualification
- Bachelor degree or (equivalent) in Product Management or relevant studies
- At least 3 years working experience in logistics company
- in-depth insight about Express and LTL
- Data processing and problem analysis skills
- Ability to maintain a keen attention to details, multitask and work well under pressure.
- Previous Experience as a Project Coordinator is an added advantage
