Product Manager at Speedaf Nigeria Limited

Job description:

  • Design and Optimize new service process
  • Provide remote and on-site support to new service training
  • Monitor and control site / region performance for New service and product
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform future product development and optimization.
  • Monitor the project and keep stakeholders updated on progress and escalate any risks to delivery.
  • Drive the execution of all processes in the product life cycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and road map development, and product launch
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications
  • Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they’re met.

Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor degree or (equivalent) in Product Management or relevant studies
  • At least 3 years working experience in logistics company
  • in-depth insight about Express and LTL
  • Data processing and problem analysis skills
  • Ability to maintain a keen attention to details, multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Previous Experience as a Project Coordinator is an added advantage
