Product Positioning and Messaging:
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates products in the market.
- Create product value propositions and key messaging for different customer segments.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all marketing channels.
- Liaise with product development, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Provide training and support to the sales team on product features and benefits.
- Gather feedback from sales and customers to refine marketing strategies.
Product Launch and Campaign Management:
- Coordinate product launches, ensuring all marketing and sales materials are prepared.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans for new products.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product introductions.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing materials, including brochures, emails, social media posts, and videos.
- Manage campaign budgets and track performance to optimize ROI
Research and Performance Tracking :
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyse data to gain insights into customer behaviour and preferences.
- Provide market intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and product sales.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Use data insights to refine marketing tactics and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in product marketing or a related role.
- Proven experience in product marketing, preferably in the fintech sector.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, market research, and product positioning.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).
