Job Description
- Coordinates Production, Warehouse, inventory, distribution and all operations within.
- Oversee production activities
- Ensure standard is followed in all production lines.
- Follows up with every receiving from the warehouse and with delivery to each store.
- Ensure the facility programs are strictly adhered to.
- Responsible for overseeing and coaching all production coordinators accross the production lines.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Food Science Technology or any related field.
- 3+ years relevant work experience.
- Experience with the food industry
- Knowledgeable in food safety
- Strong knowledge of ERP software
- Good leadership and analytical skills
- Strong logistics and distribution knowledge
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, which may include good communication skills and material management.
