Project Finance Manager at Repton Group

Description 

  • See to adequate planning and implementation of all project through assigning costs to several areas of the project and balance a company’s budget to suit its long and short-term goals.
  • Initiate methods and processes that can improve the overall performance and efficiency of the implemented project or product of the company.
  • Oversees a company’s expenditure and revenue to provide business opportunities and identify cost saving opportunities
  • Ensure adequate and maximum utilization of available resources in all units and improve profit maximization.
  • Manage all project audits, budgetary control and accounting and motivates employees’ involvement in the project execution.
  • Estimated time required to complete the project and set milestones so departments can adequately use the money planned for the project.
  • Communicate financial, rules and regulations, implications and requirements of a project to the management.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews of projects to ensure they were successful financially.

Qualification and Experience

  • Degree / MSc in Accounting / Finance and Management Course related
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the same role
  • Other certifications from recognized professional body is an additional advantage
