- Deploying the MOC & Validation standards as part of the site quality policy supporting Innovation & Management of Change at the [Ikorodu and Ogba plant]. To advise how to mitigate business risks related to food safety, quality and regulatory compliance and ensure the implementation and assurance of validation standards. In order to deliver safe and high quality products, First Time Right without any issues to win in the market with Peak, 3 Crowns, Coast, Olympic and Nunu brands.
What We As
- First degree in the Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Tech or its equivalent
- Master/Bachelor Degree, preferably in Food Science
- Experience (min. 7 years) in QA.
- Preferably knowledge of the FC products and production processes.
- Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization

Innovation
- QA linking pin for site innovation and continuous improvement projects
- Assure quality and food safety in innovation (including clearance and PLCC) to mitigate QA&FS risks
Validation
- Review and Approve qualification & validation protocols and reports for CIP/Objects, building & equipment design
- Develop, Deploy & Implement validation standards & best practices (e.g. test protocols of metal detector)
- Supervise execution of validation.
