Job Details
- Inspect procedures of the entire production cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
- Prepares routine claim reports for management, insurance and suppliers as required.
- Follow-up claims reports for resolutions.
- Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained.
- Prepare and submit reports to the manager, provide root cause analysis and execute corrective action plans.
- Adherence to quality standard of the company.
- Approve or reject products based on the quality standards.
- Maintain records, inspection results, and performance documentation.
- Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition, or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.
- Establish, coordinate, and monitor lab validation; works closely with section Supervisors/Manager to plan, schedule, and implement Quality Assurance (QA) related activities.

Minimum Requirements
- BE/HND. Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Elect/Elect.
- Engineering. Min 3-8 years of proven work experience as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector/Officer.
- Experience in home appliances QA/QC with data analytical skills an added advantage.
