About the job
- Provide adequate support to the Sales Team in terms of measurement, project monitoring and supervision and the provision of relevant documents
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities and other documents as may be required by the Sales Team and/or the Company’s customers.
- Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and time
- Site measurement and supervision of ongoing projects
- Value completed projects, oversee bills and arrange payments
- Give professional advice on project proposals and estimation of materials to the Sales Team and/or the Company’s customers
- Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Direct supervision of painters on site
- Process mobilization fees for Painters and ensure that other due payments to Painters are promptly settled.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Management of the Company’s Painters Club
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department and/or Management
Qualifications
- B.sc in Civil Engineering, Architecture & Building, Estate Management or any other related educational background.
