Core Responsibilities
Weigh ingredients, according to master mixing instruction and mix using a paddle or an agitator, or by controlling vats that heat and mix ingredients.
- Determine mixing sequences, based on knowledge of temperature effects and of the solubility of specific ingredients.
- Experience of beverage industry’s Raw sugar dumping, Syrup Preparation.
- Batch Preparation & its quality parameters
- CIP of the processing tanks and pipe lines, Pasteurizer & Homogenizer operation.
- Water treatment process and cleaning.
- Maintain syrup preparatory record and equipment.
- Maintain facility in a clean, tidy and organized condition, including general housekeeping, working to 5S standards
Qualifications
- Must have relevant post high school qualification or equivalent (HND / B.Sc)
- Must be organized and punctual.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Well-presented and professional.
- Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
