Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Artist Management: Guide and support artists in their careers, including career development, branding, and business strategies.
- Tour Management: Coordinate and oversee touring logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and artist accommodations.
- Music Production Oversight: Collaborate with producers and sound engineers to ensure high-quality music production.
- Label Services Management: Manage the label services offered, including distribution, marketing, and sales strategies for music releases.
- Promotion and Marketing: Develop and implement promotional campaigns to enhance the visibility and reach of artists and their music.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, industry professionals, and partners.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets and financial performance, ensuring profitability and sustainability of projects.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
