Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveRecruitment Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • The Recruitment Officer will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Screen applications, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates’ qualifications.
  • Coordinate and conduct background checks and reference checks.
  • Manage job postings, ensuring they reflect accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future staffing needs.
  • Assist in drafting job descriptions and offer letters.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to expand the talent pool.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 – 4 years proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
