Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist end-to-end recruitment project.
  • Update and sustain real time recruitment data.
  • Advertise and source talent across the business divisions.
  • Setup and participate in candidate assessments.
  • Manage candidate schedules.
  • Manage interview feedback and candidate expectations.
  • Assist initiatives to improve employer branding.
  • Manage new hire documentation process.

Requirements:

  • B.Sc./HND in Social Sciences, Arts or any relevant field.
  • 2-4 years experience in diverse recruitment, with a consulting or In-house environment.
  • Familiar with hiring tools (ATS & Job boards).
  • Proficient use of Microsoft excel.
