Job Summary
- We are seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee multiple area teams, drive overall regional performance, and support the execution of the company’s sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the sales strategy across multiple states within the region.
- Manage Area Sales Managers and support field operations.
- Analyze market trends and develop sales forecasts.
- Build partnerships and expand customer base.
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for sales teams.
Requirements
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead regional teams and achieve targets in the FMCG industry.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
