Job Summary

  • We are seeking a strategic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee multiple area teams, drive overall regional performance, and support the execution of the company’s sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the sales strategy across multiple states within the region.
  • Manage Area Sales Managers and support field operations.
  • Analyze market trends and develop sales forecasts.
  • Build partnerships and expand customer base.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly performance reports.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations for sales teams.

Requirements

  • B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead regional teams and achieve targets in the FMCG industry.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
