Retail Sales Executive at Grand Oak Limited

Purpose of Job:

  • Responsible for the efficient redistribution of company products within assigned or planned locations in an area office, thus drive retail sales in outlets

Key Responsibility:

  • Target/ Territory Coverage & Redistribution Achievement
  • Effective Covering of assigned territory/retail outlet
  • Generate orders & advice on appointing new retailers
  • Achieve sales target as per plan
  • Breakdown of territory/outlet targets to customer’s
  • Provide sales services to appointed retailers by selling products within the territory/outlet Effective redistribution of products in assigned territory
  • Executes approved redistribution activity at the area level

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor & provide feedback to boss /management with happenings in trade
  • Track and report competition performance, activity and campaigns
  • Spot & promptly report opportunities in market place

Personal Effectiveness

  • Plan & execute weekly journey plan which will be agreed by the RBM
  • Prepare weekly, monthly reports and other relevant reports as required
  • Expenses incurred are collated at the end of every week to be approved by the RBM.
  • Ensure PJP is authorized & adhered to
  • Merchandizing/ Promotional Activities
  • Conduct in-bar and other consumer focused promotional events
  • Ensure products are well merchandized on shelf
  • Ensure sited placement of POS merchandising materials
