Responsibilities
- Greet customers as they enter the store and offer assistance.
- Provide detailed product information and recommend items based on customer needs and preferences.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience by maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
- Inform customers about promotions, offers, and discounts.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest products, features, and benefits.
- Demonstrate product usage to customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
- Keep up with industry trends and competitor offerings to better assist customers.
Store Presentation & Inventory Management:
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance product displays and store layout.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the store manager and other team members to achieve overall store goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
- Support colleagues during peak periods and assist in store events or promotions.
Reporting & Feedback:
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and sales trends.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales reports as required.
- Report any store maintenance issues or customer complaints to the store manager.
