You Will
- Resolve all flagged trips and trip incidents
- Track and Trace or locate all unreachable trips
- Truck inspection towards incident prevention and violations – onboarding and incident focused inspections
- Locate breakdown and law enforcement incidents as escalated by other kobo teams
- Resolve all escalated incidents
- Deliver all trips that exceed ETA
- Daily incident status report
- Incident report and investigation report
- Other health and safety roles
- HSSE policy and implementation/compliance
- Emergency response at incident locations
- Attend to all escalated and flagged trips within assigned area/jurisdiction
- Monitor and Report regularly/daily on all assigned tasks and incidents
- Visit or locate all escalated incidents
- Resolve all assigned incidents
- Deliver all trips that failed on ETA
- Other incident related tasks
We’re looking for someone who has
- 3 -5 years’ experience in security and/or diversions investigations
- Quick, outside-the-box thinking with strong problem-solving skills; ability to comprehend and communicate complex issues succinctly and clearly.
- Great communication & negotiation skills
- Innate interpersonal skills; collaborative customer-first focus, adaptable, comfortable with change
