Sale Manager at IQ Distributions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to evaluate the team’s progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesperson in either LG, Thermocool, Hisense, and Panasonic industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of LG, Thermocool, Hisense, and Panasonic product lines.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies accordingly.
