Sales Admin at Givanas Group of Companies

The below are some of the responsibilities of the Sales Administrator:

  • Providing secretarial assistance to the Head of Department, Regional Sales Manager, Sales Team and general administration of the sales department.
  • Produce monthly and weekly reports for management within required deadlines (quotes/outstanding quotes,/orders, booked/inquiries)
  • Prepare sales performance reports and incentives.
  • Receiving payment confirmation and matching orders received from sales excutives with orders from customers
  • Posting orders in the system
  • Managing information on product availbility.
  • Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and implementing change when necessary.
