Candidate must have good sales and marketing skills, good communication skills, business development and strategic thinking.

Requirements

  • First degree in any Sciences would be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a customer relations role
  • Good sales and marketing skills
  • Ability to resolve customer issues with tact and discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills

Requirements

  • Source for new clients
  • Handle enquires/complaint from clients.
  • Attend to walk in clients
  • Follow up with existing clients of all sales team.
  • Keep records of distributors.
  • Responsible for generating, managing and coordinating distributors.
  • Responsible for coordinating distributors engagement and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales team for setting up distributorship events.
  • Coordinate monthly meetings to generate more distributors.
  • Send out introductory mail to new companies, architects and quantity surveyors.
  • After sales follow up with clients, send thank you message to clients
  • Assist in Social media management for company products (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, google search, Jiji, Jumia, etc).
  • Compile and update client’s information (database).
  • Use of social media like LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp broadcast to market products and services
  • Conduct product trainings for internal and external customers
